In this paper, I will answer some alarming questions based on this subject and give a forward to each. Question 1.To begin with, it is vitally important that we know and understand the levels to which to many touches can translate to sexual harassment either from the instructor to the student or vice versa. Many learning institutions have clear guide lines in regards to this form of act much as different individuals display their emotions differently. In our case, we could argue that as such, there was no indication of a sexual assault from the instructor to the student ; and if any, it was quite mild. Essentially, the instructor in question seems to portray her behavior to all students and not just a select few which may infer victimization of any form.
